Mission Statement
Amen Leadership Foundation is a not for profit organization established to support and develop people of all ages to strive for an “A” in every area of their lives so that they can impact all “MEN” (mankind) to do the same. Thus, “AMEN”. It is this organization’s firm belief that leadership is a privilege but with great privilege comes great responsibility.
Amen Leadership Foundation’s mission is to show members the privilege of leadership. Then teach membership the responsibility of Leadership, expose them to their potential and show how they can positively impact the community they live.
This mission will be accomplished through mentorship, Leadership and Mediation Training, Public Services and Strategy Development sessions. It is our belief that by doing this we will increase our members’ standard of living, raise life expectations, inspire and promote education and good work ethics. Membership in Amen Leadership Foundation will motivate members to live a positive lives as Role Models, Mediators and Leaders at work and in the community they live in.
The mission is to teach Leadership and Conflict Resolution as a way of life. We expect our members to live as Leaders and Mediators every day of their lives. Once it becomes a part of you then it will be easy to be effective in the business world.
Leadership is not what we do. Leadership is who we are.
